Which payment methods do you accept?

USDT and USDC (several networks), Bitcoin and Monero, on our own payment page.

Do I need an account?

No. Your order is linked to your email address; use "Find my order" to get a link to all your orders.

Tents

Is my tent waterproof out of the box?

Yes, all fabrics are coated and seams are taped (nylon and polyester tents). Cotton canvas tents need weathering before the first trip — see Tent care.

Which size should I choose?

One size up from the number of sleepers, for comfort and gear. See How to choose a tent.

Will a rooftop tent fit my car?

It needs roof bars and a dynamic roof load above the tent's weight. Email us your car model and roof bars and we will check.

After the purchase

Can I return a tent I have pitched?

Yes, within 14 days, if it is clean, dry and undamaged. See Returns and Warranty.

Do you sell spare parts?

Yes — poles, stakes and repair kits for every tent we sell.
