14-day right of withdrawal

• As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Email us with your order number to start a return.
• Items must be returned unused and complete. You may pitch a tent to inspect it, as you would in a shop, but it must be clean and dry.
• We refund the purchase price and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return. The cost of sending the item back is paid by you, except for faulty items.
• Refunds are paid to a cryptocurrency address you provide, in the coin you paid with, for the order amount in euros.

Legal guarantee

• All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. If an item is faulty, we repair or replace it, or refund it if that is not possible.

Not covered

• Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, storing a tent wet (mildew), fire and UV degradation from long-term permanent pitching

Spare parts

• Poles, pole sections, stakes and repair patches are available for all our tents — email us with the model.
