Payments and service providers
Order and payment data may be processed by infrastructure, delivery, email, and wallet service providers where necessary. Blockchain transactions are public and may remain visible permanently on the relevant network. We do not ask for private keys or wallet recovery phrases.
Retention and rights
Records are retained for the period needed to fulfil orders, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal requirements. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information.
