These terms apply to purchases made through this storefront.
Orders
An order is created when checkout details are submitted. Acceptance is confirmed after a valid payment is received and the order can be fulfilled. We may cancel and refund an order where a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, or the transaction cannot be completed lawfully.
Prices and payment
Product prices are displayed in the pricing asset shown on the site. Checkout identifies the stablecoin and blockchain network used for payment. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct asset and network and sending the exact amount before the payment request expires.
Delivery
Physical and digital delivery follow the information shown on the product and shipping pages. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. The customer is responsible for accurate contact and delivery details.
Returns and faults
Return eligibility and refund handling are described on the returns page. Mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed products, are not excluded by these terms.
Acceptable use
The site must not be used for unlawful activity, automated abuse, interference with payment or security controls, or attempts to access another customer's order information.
